A quick and easy lunch box idea that’s gluten and dairy free and can be made in just 5 minutes!
I’m sorry I’ve neglected this blog a little bit over the past couple of weeks. It was slightly hectic keeping both my kids happy and entertained over the Easter holidays, along with keeping my main blog running as usual.
But we’re all back into our usual routine now and I’m delighted to be back posting here! Today I thought I’d share a really quick and easy lunch box with you guys. When you first decide to put your child on a gluten and dairy free diet packing up lunches for school or nursery can be very daunting. So I thought I would share this really simple but healthy lunch that can be whipped up in just 5 minutes.
These wraps are from BFree and these one are the Quinoa & Chia Seed Wraps. Finn loves these and they are the closet in texture to normal tortilla wraps that we’ve found so far. Inside the wraps is some dairy free spread and ham.
Also in the lunch box is some Alpro Coconut Yogurt topped with seeds, dairy free chocolate buttons and some chopped chopped fruit and veg.
If you have ideas or favourites for your gluten and dairy free lunch box please do share them in the comments below as I’m always looking for new ideas! And to stay up-to-date on all my recipes you can follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
